So, what makes our products different?

Our sauces are produced in small batches that we refer to as vintages.

No, not in a home kitchen, but not in a huge mass production facility, either.

Why?

 

When we formulate new recipes, we only use the finest ingredients we can find, like fresh, local produce.

Then, when we take that recipe into the production kitchen, we use those same fine ingredients

. Many mass production facilities swap “fresh” for “inexpensive” and lose quality in the process.

We prefer to keep it fresh!
