WHAT MAKES OUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?
Our sauces, dressings, and marinades are produced in small batches
that we refer to as
vintages.
No, not in a home kitchen, but not in a
huge mass production facility, either.
Why?

Because when we formulate new recipes,
we only use the finest ingredients we can find,
like fresh, local produce.
Then, when we take that recipe into the production kitchen,
we use those same fine ingredients.
Many mass production facilities swap “fresh” for “inexpensive”
and lose quality in the process.
We prefer to keep it “fresh.”
WHAT YOU WILL FIND…
A product line that is always fresh tasting,
although sometimes slightly different in color and flavor.
Since we have no control over how red a tomato is
or the exact amount of heat a pepper will impart,
each vintage is unique.
WHAT YOU WON’T FIND…
Additives, preservatives, powdered or freeze-dried vegetables.
Trans fats or any other bad stuff.
Inflated price tags that often accompany fresh products.
